Tracking the shipments

Products are shipped to Greece via the DHL Courier and have an individual tracking number with which you can track your shipment. Τhe shipping cost is: 5€

Products are shipped to Europe via the Hellenic Post Office, Priority Registered Air Mail and have an individual tracking number with which you can track your shipment. Τhe shipping cost is: 10€

Estimated delivery times.

Greece: 1-2 business days

Europe: 2-5 business days

Canada: 15-25 business days

North America: 10-20 business days

Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country (e.g. handling fees). These fees are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Please check your country's regulatory fees before purchasing your jewelry.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
